Chipper Strength Slam Ball

  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Slam Balls
  • 20 Toes to Bar
  • 10 Deadlifts

Equipment:
- Slam Ball: #30 / #20


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Push through the fatigue and keep moving steadily to finish under the time cap. Adjust weights as needed for your fitness level.
