  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Dumbbell Box Step-ups (each leg)

Dumbbell: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Focus on maintaining steady pacing throughout the chipper, and break up movements strategically to avoid burnout.
