- 15 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/14 lbs)
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the entire duration.
