EMOM Gymnastics Peg Board

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 strict pull-ups + 10 push-ups
  • Even minutes: 3 peg board climbs

Notes:
- Scale the number of strict pull-ups and push-ups as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Ensure proper technique and safety measures are in place for peg board climbs. Consider scaling to rope climbs if peg board is not available.
