    • 20 seconds of Toes-to-Bar
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Toes-to-Bar as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Aim to maintain a consistent rep count throughout all 8 rounds. Focus on engaging your core and utilizing proper kipping technique to maximize efficiency.
