Tabata Skill Dumbbell

Tabata:


  • Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms) x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Dumbbell Thrusters x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds

Skill Work:


  • Double-Unders x 1 minute
  • Rest x 1 minute

Instructions:
Perform each Tabata interval for 4 minutes total (8 rounds). Focus on technique during the skill work portion and aim for unbroken sets of double-unders. Adjust the weight of the dumbbell as needed for your skill level.
