  • 5 Peg Board Climbs
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale the height of the box jumps and weight of the kettlebell as needed.
- Focus on maintaining a steady pace and grip management throughout the workout.
