EMOM Strength Slam BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls
- Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell
Barbell Weight: 185 lbs for men, 125 lbs for women
Notes:
Alternate between the slam balls and deadlifts every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and speed throughout each movement. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity.
