AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 15 Dumbbell Lunges (total, holding dumbbell any way)
  • 20 Sit-ups

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining a strong grip throughout the workout, especially during the Dumbbell Snatches.


Notes: Keep a steady pace and focus on your breathing to maximize your reps in the 15-minute time cap.
