  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (total)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Skill Focus: Efficient and controlled movement with the kettlebell, especially during the Turkish Get-ups.
