  • 50 Single Arm Dumbbell Snatches (25 each arm)
  • 40 Dumbbell Lunges
  • 30 Dumbbell Box Step-ups
  • 20 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 10 Dumbbell Burpee Deadlifts

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
