- 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Dumbbell Box Step-Overs


Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Skill Focus: Toes-to-Bar technique and efficiency. Focus on maintaining a tight core and engaging the lats to generate power for the movement.
