Rounds-for-Time Skill Kettlebell

For Time:
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Alternating Kettlebell Snatches
- 30 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each side)
- 10 Kettlebell Windmills (5 each side)


Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement, especially during the Turkish Get-ups and Windmills. Rest as needed, but push yourself to keep a steady pace.
