  • 40 Slam Ball Lunges (20 each leg)
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Slam Ball Sit-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Slam Ball Weight: 30/20 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Notes: Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout, especially during the Toes-to-Bar. Scale the weight if needed to keep intensity high.
