  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 40 Dumbbell Lunges
  • 30 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Dumbbell Burpees
  • 10 Dumbbell Man Makers

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets but still requires effort.


Time Cap: 15 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all repetitions before moving on to the next exercise. Focus on maintaining a strong grip throughout the workout, as the dumbbell work will challenge your forearm endurance. Push yourself to move quickly between exercises to achieve the best time possible.
