Tabata Skill RigTabata:
- Ring Muscle-ups
- Kettlebell Swings
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-bar
Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each movement, especially as fatigue sets in during the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Perform each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
