- 30 Slam Balls
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
- 10 Handstand Push-ups

- Toes-to-Bar and Handstand Push-ups


Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout, especially during the skill-based movements. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
