- 30 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks
- 20 Dumbbell Box Step-ups
- 10 Dumbbell Burpee Deadlifts
Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Notes: This workout is designed to test your grip strength and endurance. Be sure to switch arms on the dumbbell snatches to keep the reps even. Pace yourself on the thrusters to conserve energy for the hang clean and jerks. The box step-ups will challenge your leg strength, and the burpee deadlifts will push your conditioning to the limit.
