  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 40 Dumbbell Box Step Overs
  • 30 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Dumbbell Devil's Press

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: This workout is designed to test your grip strength and endurance. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to keep moving through the reps. Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
