  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 10 Peg Board Climbs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Make sure to scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed. The peg board climbs can be modified to rope climbs if necessary.
