Tabata Strength Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Peg Board Climbs
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Strength Focus:
- Alternate with each round of Peg Board Climbs:
- 5 Deadlifts (Heavy)
- 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of Peg Board Climbs followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- In between each round of Peg Board Climbs, complete 5 heavy Deadlifts and 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout.
- Scale movements as needed to ensure proper execution and safety.
