    • 20 seconds of Peg Board Climbs
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Complete as many peg board climbs as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds between each round. Aim to maintain a consistent pace throughout all 8 rounds. Note: If peg board climbs are not available, modify with strict pull-ups or rope climbs.
