AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 25 Double Unders
- 30 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- 200m Run


Equipment:
- Rope for Double Unders


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, cycling through the listed movements. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed, but aim to keep moving to accumulate as many rounds and reps as possible within the time cap.
