Chipper Strength Bench

For Time:


  • 20 Bench Press
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 40 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • 60 Double Unders

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box
- Dumbbells


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Choose a weight for the bench press and dumbbell thrusters that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Focus on pacing yourself and pushing through the grind.
