  • 50 GHD Sit-ups
  • 40 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 30 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
  • 10 GHD Back Extensions

Instructions:
Complete the exercises in the order listed, moving through each as quickly as possible. Be mindful of proper form on the GHD machine to avoid injury. Time cap of 20 minutes.
