  • 50 GHD Sit-ups
  • 40 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • 30 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
  • 10 GHD Back Extensions

Instructions:
- Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Scale the weights as needed to maintain proper form.
