AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 GHD Sit-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 25 Double-unders

Notes:
- Make sure to maintain proper form on the GHD machine to avoid injury.
- Scale weight and height as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
