Instructions:
- Complete 21 Handstand Push-ups and 21 GHD Sit-ups, then 15 Handstand Push-ups and 15 GHD Sit-ups, finally finishing with 9 Handstand Push-ups and 9 GHD Sit-ups.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Time cap: 12 minutes.
