Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes total) per movement. Rest 1 minute between movements.

Adjust GHD machine settings as needed for comfort and safety. Focus on proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
