Tabata Weightlifting GHD MachineTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of GHD Sit-ups
- 10 seconds rest
Instructions:
Perform as many GHD Sit-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Remember to engage your core throughout the movement and maintain proper form to avoid injury.
