EMOM for 15 Minutes:


  • 5 GHD Sit-ups
  • 5 GHD Back Extensions

Instructions:
Perform 5 GHD Sit-ups and 5 GHD Back Extensions at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
