EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15 GHD Sit-ups
  • Even minutes: 12/10 Calorie Assault Bike

Instructions:
Perform 15 GHD Sit-ups on the odd minutes and then hop on the Assault Bike to complete 12/10 calories on the even minutes. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the calorie count to fit your intensity level. Make sure to scale the GHD Sit-ups if needed to maintain proper form and prevent injury.
