  • 50 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 40 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 30 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
  • 10 GHD Raises

Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Ensure proper form on the GHD machine to prevent injury. Scale weight as needed for the deadlifts and power cleans.
