EMOM Weightlifting GHD MachineEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs) + 10 GHD Sit-ups
- Even minutes: 5 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs) + 10 GHD Hip Extensions
Instructions:
- Complete the prescribed reps of deadlifts and GHD sit-ups within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the hang power cleans and GHD hip extensions on the next minute.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout, especially on the GHD movements to prevent injury.
- Adjust the weight as needed to ensure proper technique and intensity.
