For Time:


  • 50 GHD Sit-ups
  • 40 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 30 GHD Sit-ups
  • 20 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 10 GHD Sit-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Be sure to scale the reps or range of motion on the GHD machine as needed to maintain proper form and prevent injury. Take breaks as needed and focus on quality movement throughout the workout.
