  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15/12 Calorie Row
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, alternating between GHD Sit-ups, Rowing, and Box Jumps. Make sure to pace yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace on the rower and focus on explosiveness on the box jumps.
