- GHD Sit-ups
Instructions:
Complete 21 deadlifts and 21 GHD sit-ups, then 15 deadlifts and 15 GHD sit-ups, and finally 9 deadlifts and 9 GHD sit-ups for time. Use proper form on the GHD machine to avoid injury. Time cap is 12 minutes.
