EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 10 GHD Hip Extensions

Instructions:
Complete 10 GHD sit-ups and 10 GHD hip extensions at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout. Adjust reps as needed to ensure quality movement and avoid fatigue.
