AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 Calorie Row

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 GHD sit-ups, 15 GHD hip extensions, and 20 calorie row. Keep a steady pace and focus on proper form throughout the workout. Rest as needed, but aim to keep moving consistently for the entire duration of the AMRAP.
