- GHD Sit-ups
- GHD Hip Extensions
Weightlifting:
- 15 Power Snatches (95/65)
- 12 Overhead Squats (95/65)
- 9 Squat Snatches (95/65)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform the GHD sit-ups and hip extensions in the rep scheme provided before moving on to the weightlifting portion. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the workout. Be mindful of your core and back during the GHD movements to prevent injury.
