Tabata Weightlifting GHD Machine

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternating between:
    • GHD Sit-ups
    • Weightlifting (snatch or clean and jerk)

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, alternating between GHD Sit-ups and Weightlifting movements.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Complete 8 total rounds (4 rounds of GHD Sit-ups, 4 rounds of Weightlifting).
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.


Note:
- Choose a challenging weight for the Weightlifting movements that allows for good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
