AMRAP Strength GHD Machine

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 10 GHD Back Extensions
  • 10 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 10 GHD Russian Twists

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Make sure to adjust the GHD machine to your appropriate settings for each movement. Focus on maintaining proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
