Complete 21 deadlifts and 21 GHD sit-ups, then 15 deadlifts and 15 GHD sit-ups, and finally 9 deadlifts and 9 GHD sit-ups. The GHD machine will challenge your core and midline stability, so ensure proper form throughout the workout. Time cap is 12 minutes.
