  • 21-15-9
    • GHD Sit-ups
    • Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)

Instructions: Perform 21 GHD Sit-ups, followed by 21 Deadlifts, then 15 GHD Sit-ups, 15 Deadlifts, and finally 9 GHD Sit-ups and 9 Deadlifts in sequence. Use proper form on the GHD machine to protect your lower back. Scale the weight on the Deadlifts as needed to maintain good technique.
