AMRAP Weightlifting GHD Machine

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 GHD Sit-Ups
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20")


Instructions:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Be sure to scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
