For Time:


  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 GHD Sit-ups
  • 12 Deadlifts
  • 12 GHD Sit-ups
  • 9 Deadlifts
  • 9 GHD Sit-ups

Instructions:
- Complete the designated number of deadlifts followed by GHD sit-ups for each round before moving on to the next round.
- Scale the weight as needed, but aim for a challenging load.
- Focus on proper form and range of motion on the GHD sit-ups.
