  • 50 GHD Sit-ups
  • 40 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 30 GHD Russian Twists
  • 20 GHD Back Extensions
  • 10 GHD Raises

Instructions:
- Perform all reps of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Be sure to adjust the GHD Machine to your proper settings to ensure safety and proper form.
- Scale the reps or movements as needed to maintain good technique throughout the workout.
