Tabata Strength GHD Machine

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of GHD Sit-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength Focus:
- After completing the Tabata, perform 5 sets of 5 GHD Hip Extensions for strength building.


Instructions:
- For the Tabata portion, complete as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, alternating with 10 seconds of rest.
- Focus on proper form and range of motion during the GHD Sit-ups and Hip Extensions to prevent injury.
- Adjust the difficulty by changing the angle of the GHD machine.
