    • GHD Sit-ups
    • GHD Back Extensions

Instructions:
- Perform 21 GHD sit-ups, followed by 21 GHD back extensions, then move on to 15 of each, and finally 9 of each.
- Be sure to scale the movement if needed to maintain proper form and prevent injury.
- Time cap: 12 minutes.
