  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternate between:
    • Peg Board Climbs
    • Dumbbell Snatches

Equipment:
- Peg Board
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Peg Board Climbs in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then switch to Dumbbell Snatches for the next 20 seconds. Alternate between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed.
